Staying at Dar Sitti Aziza felt truly special. The traditional stone walls and cozy ambiance created a warm atmosphere. Each morning, I enjoyed breakfast on the lovely terrace, with Nabil serving his homemade jams and his mother's delicious egg recipe, which was simply unforgettable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Manger Square and the Nativity Church, making exploring the area incredibly easy. I appreciated the comfort of the Deluxe Double Room, and the unique historical touches added to the charm. However, I noticed a few rooms could benefit from additional natural light to enhance the overall experience, and it would be lovely if there were more charging ports available for electronic devices. Still, the hospitality was remarkable, making it a memorable stay overall.

You know, there’s something really special about being welcomed with homemade lemonade and cookies when you check in. Nabil took the time to share his family recipes during breakfast, especially that egg dish with secret spices that just blew me away.

I stayed in the "Bride of Bethlehem" room, and wow, the bed was super comfy! The room was spacious and had a nice vibe. I loved all the historic touches, and the bathroom was really clean with great organic toiletries. It felt like home. Nabil even provided great extra seating and a desk, which was handy. I just wish there had been more charging ports or plugs around.
